By accessing and using the Kunjdham Vrindavan website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Kunjdham
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Accurate information must be provided during booking

2.2 Payment Terms

• Payment can be made through approved payment methods
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in
• Guests must complete registration formalities as per local laws

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Guest

• 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fee
• 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• No-show: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Kunjdham

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodation of equal or higher standard.

5. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the spiritual nature of the property
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas
• Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property
• Loud music and disturbances are not allowed
• Visitors must be registered at the reception
• Pets are not allowed unless prior permission is obtained

6. Liability and Damages

• Kunjdham is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings
• Guests are advised to use safety deposit boxes for valuables
• Guests will be charged for any damage to property or furnishings
• We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning requirements

7. Room Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed
• Additional guests may incur extra charges
• Children's age policy: Children under 5 years stay free
• Extra bed/mattress available on request (charges apply)

8. Services and Amenities

• We strive to maintain all advertised facilities and services
• Some services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without notice
• Darshan facilitation services are subject to temple timings and availability

9. Force Majeure

Kunjdham shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of Terms

Kunjdham reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that is disruptive, illegal, or harmful to other guests or staff.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
